If you have had an accident that wasn’t your fault and wish to lodge a claim then call 1300 620 620. Alternatively for a faster response time please fill in our online Booking Form.
If you wish to make a complaint or comment on an aspect of service that you were not happy with then please put your comments down on email to the address above or letter and send them into us within 48 hours of the problem occurring. As part of our Internal Disputes Process we endeavour to answer all problems within 7 working days. If we do not receive the written information within this period then we cannot guarantee a response within this period.
